Paul Cooper
Owner, Director, Acclaimed Chef
One of Australia’s most celebrated chefs with over 25 years of experience in some of the finest restaurants in the world, Paul is now bringing his gastronomic pedigree to catering and events in Victoria through Edge Hospitality.

A chef passionate about creative, seasonal and sustainable fine food, Paul and his Yarra Valley-based team work hard to bring delicious culinary delights to every palate.
After training in hatted restaurants, including The Vines in Red Hill, Paul left for Europe. Here, he spent time at Pied a Terre in London, helping the restaurant attain a Michelin star. Paul also worked under some of the world’s most renowned chefs at Michelin-starred establishments, The Mandarin Oriental London, and ABaCn in Spain and at Matteo's and Bistrot d’Orsay in Melbourne. At home, Paul was also Executive Chef at Sydney’s O’Connell’s, The Botanical and Bishop Sissa.
His media credits include features in The Age, Gourmet Traveller, appearances on ABC TV, and work as an ambassador for Richie’s Masters of Meat and whole beast butchery and as a guest on several popular food podcasts.

Sara loves getting creative with her clients and helping them wow their guests with out-of-the-box inclusions for something truly memorable!
